Hugh, if you recently have had a CD Writer installed in the hard drive, then you just need to advise us, preferably when you lodge the claim. If you like I can add this on to your claim now if this is the case? Also I need to ask if you have any proof of purchase for these items at all please? I will await your response.

Your claim is not accepted as yet until we receive the police information – file no and/or police report. Once received, we can look at acceptance of your claim and organise a settlement being replacement of the stolen goods.

Should the claim be accepted, there will be an excess of $150 payable to whoever should replace the stolen items.

If the police find out who committed the crime please contact us so that we can hold them liable for the burglary, and possibly reimburse or waive the excess.
